If your document conversion is failing please check that you have read our information on converting documents before you proceed.

Make sure you try a couple of attempts at converting before submitting your document below.

Note that it may be worth closing down your browser and starting your session again or coming back later if you are unsuccessful.

If you cannot view your PDF document properly once it has been converted please make sure you have an up-to-date version of Adobe Reader™ older versions may not display converted documents correctly. The latest version can be found at www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html.
