Make a couple of attempts at converting before submitting your document below.
Note that it may be worth closing down your browser and starting your session again or coming back later if you are unsuccessful.
If you cannot view your PDF document properly once it has been converted please make sure you have an up-to-date version of Adobe Reader TM older versions may not display converted documents correctly. The latest version can be found at www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html.
We will try to convert your file to PDF internally, if we can convert it you will be e-mailled a copy of the file which you can upload when ordering your thesis. Please make sure that there is room in your inbox to receive this file. The PDF copy will be at least as big as your original document.
